4. Google Calendar and Google API Data
Rossi Floors uses Google Calendar integration to synchronize business appointments.
When an authorized Rossi Floors user connects Google Calendar, our system may access Google Calendar event information necessary to create, update, synchronize, or delete appointment events associated with Rossi Floors scheduling.
The Google data our application may access or process can include:
- Calendar event identifiers
- Appointment dates and times
- Event titles and descriptions
- Customer or project information included in the appointment event
- Event locations
- OAuth authorization tokens required to maintain the Calendar connection
We use Google Calendar data only to provide the Calendar synchronization and appointment-management functionality requested by an authorized Rossi Floors user. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens used by our server are kept in protected server-side configuration and are not intentionally exposed through the public website.
Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure: Rossi Floors' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Authorized Rossi Floors employees, contractors, and business partners who need the information to perform work or provide customer service
- Service providers that host, store, secure, synchronize, or process information on our behalf, such as cloud database, hosting, calendar, communications, and technology providers
- Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, attorneys, or other advisers when reasonably necessary
- Government agencies, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or security
Service providers are expected to handle information only for the services they provide to us and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
6. Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain customer and project records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, protect our business, and operate our systems. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it as appropriate.
7. Cookies, Sessions, and Local Storage
Our website or administrative tools may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for login sessions, security, saved preferences, language settings, and proper operation of website features. We do not currently use these technologies to sell personal information.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. These measures may include authenticated access, access controls, encrypted network connections, server-side secrets, database security controls, and restricted employee permissions.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request that we review, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
Authorized Google users may revoke Rossi Floors' Google access through their Google Account security or permissions settings. Revoking access may disable Google Calendar synchronization until authorization is restored.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for property owners, customers, contractors, and other adults conducting business with Rossi Floors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our business website.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and systems may interact with third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. Those third parties have their own privacy practices and policies, and this Privacy Policy does not control how those independent third parties process information.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, systems, legal obligations, or data practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and publish the revised policy here.
13. Native Staff Apps
Our native staff apps connect authorized team members to the Rossi Floors system. The first iOS release supports staff sign-in, authorized job information, and estimate drafts created on the device. Account email and identifiers are used for authentication. Job names, addresses, project details, estimate line items, prices, and scope notes are processed to provide these features. Access follows the account's company and staff permissions.
The iOS app stores session tokens in Apple's Keychain and device drafts in files protected by iOS data protection. Passwords are sent over encrypted connections for sign-in and are not saved by the app. Language preferences are stored on the device. Saved drafts can be edited offline; syncing sends them to our existing cloud backend. Automatic sync attempts occur while the app is active and are subject to connectivity and iOS execution limits.
Signing out removes the app's access to its stored session and retains protected local drafts for the same account's next sign-in. Signing out does not delete server records. Removing the app may remove unsynced drafts. Contact us before removing the app if you need help preserving work. Business records are retained as explained above.
This iOS release does not include advertising or third-party tracking SDKs and does not request camera, photo-library, contacts, or location access. Our hosting and database providers may receive technical connection and security logs as described above. Other features on our website have their own data practices covered by this policy.
Staff accounts are provided by the business; this iOS release does not offer self-registration. Contact your administrator for access, or email info@rossifloors.com for support, account closure, or privacy requests. We review correction and deletion requests subject to applicable business and legal retention requirements.
