1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using rossifloors.com, scheduling an appointment, submitting information through our website, or using any related Rossi Floors online service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable online service.

2. About Rossi Floors

Rossi Floors LLC ("Rossi Floors," "we," "us," or "our") provides flooring and related services in New Jersey. Our website and online tools are provided to help customers, prospective customers, employees, contractors, and authorized users communicate with us and manage business-related activity.

3. Website and Scheduling Services

Our website may allow you to request information, schedule an estimate, submit project details, review information, or otherwise communicate with Rossi Floors.

Submitting a scheduling request does not by itself create a construction or flooring contract. An appointment, estimate, proposal, scope of work, or project becomes binding only when Rossi Floors and the customer complete the applicable acceptance, approval, signature, deposit, or other contracting steps required for that work.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete when using our website or scheduling tools. This may include your name, phone number, email address, project address, project details, and requested appointment time.

You are responsible for correcting information you know is inaccurate or outdated.

5. Estimates, Pricing, Deposits, and Project Terms

Website content, preliminary discussions, and appointment scheduling are not guarantees of final price, availability, scope, materials, schedule, or completion date.

Project-specific pricing, deposits, payment terms, warranties, exclusions, change orders, and other construction or flooring terms may be provided separately in an estimate, proposal, invoice, contract, or other project document. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.

6. Appointment Availability

Appointment requests are subject to availability. Rossi Floors may contact you to confirm, reschedule, or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary because of scheduling conflicts, weather, emergencies, access issues, staffing, project delays, or other business circumstances.

7. Google Calendar Integration

Google Calendar synchronization is provided for convenience and may depend on Google services, internet connectivity, OAuth authorization, account permissions, and third-party system availability.

Rossi Floors is not responsible for temporary third-party outages, authorization failures, or synchronization delays outside our reasonable control. Our own customer-management records may be treated as the primary business record when there is a discrepancy between our system and a connected calendar service.

8. User Accounts and Administrative Access

Certain portions of our systems may be restricted to Rossi Floors employees, contractors, partners, or other authorized users.

Authorized users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for using their access only for legitimate Rossi Floors business purposes. You must not share credentials with unauthorized persons, attempt to bypass permissions, access another user's account without authorization, or interfere with system security.

Rossi Floors may suspend, disable, or remove access when a user no longer requires access, violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or is no longer affiliated with Rossi Floors.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, administrative tools, or other systems

Unless separately agreed, submitting customer information does not transfer ownership of your content to Rossi Floors. You allow us to store, process, reproduce, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide estimates, perform work, maintain records, communicate with you, and operate our business.

11. Intellectual Property

The Rossi Floors website, branding, logos, designs, original text, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Rossi Floors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for ordinary personal or business interactions with Rossi Floors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary website materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
